§ 02 — Our Philosophy

The health industry is not failing for lack of products. It lacks systems thinking.

Most companies in this space treat symptoms. They build isolated products around single claims, optimise for attention, and sell promises that the biology cannot sustain.

We build structures. The kind the body can actually rely on. Every decision begins with one question: how does the body actually work, and what does it genuinely need to function at its highest level?

If you don't understand the system,
you cannot fix the outcome.
The Shift
The current market optimises for attention.
We optimise for what actually changes the body.
The current market sells promises.
We build measurable change.
The current market simplifies.
We respect complexity — and translate it into precision.

This is not positioning. It is architecture. And it changes everything about how we develop, what we build, and who we choose to build with.

Not more effort. Better structure.
§ 02.1 — Five Principles

The foundation beneath everything we build.

We do not make claims we cannot substantiate. Every brand we develop, every product we bring to market, every partnership we enter — starts with evidence. This is not a marketing position. It is how we work.

Isolated products solve isolated moments. We are not interested in moments. We build structures designed to create consistent, long-term biological outcomes. That requires a different starting point — and a different level of commitment.

We say what we mean and deliver what we promise. No shortcuts in communication. No shortcuts in quality. This is the only way we know how to operate.

We are not building for this quarter. We are building for the next decade. The partnerships we form are selected with that horizon in mind — with trust as the foundation and mutual commitment as the standard.

Details are not secondary. They define the quality and performance of what is built. In formulation, in sourcing, in execution — precision is how we show care for every person our products reach.

§ 03 — Our Standard

A standard is only real if it holds under pressure. Ours does.

Most nutraceutical companies begin with a price point. They calculate a margin, determine what ingredients they can afford, and build a product that fits the budget. Then they hand it to a marketing team.

We work in the opposite direction. The biology comes first. Always.

The Order of Operations
01
Biology

What does the body actually need, and why?

02
Mechanism

How does this work at a cellular and systemic level?

03
Formulation

Which ingredients, in which forms, at which concentrations?

04
Validation

Does the science support this? Fully. Not selectively.

05
Product

What delivery format maximises bioavailability?

06
Market

Does this genuinely serve a real, sustained need?

Most companies operate at step 6. Because they never understood step 1.

Quality is not a checklist. It is a position. We evaluate every product, ingredient, and formulation against a single question: does this perform at the level we would stake our name on?

We work from a foundation of clinical knowledge. Formulations are developed in direct alignment with scientific evidence — reviewed, validated, and held to a level of rigour that most in this industry do not require of themselves. If the answer is no, we do not move forward. No exceptions for commercial convenience. No compromises for speed.

The health industry is not short of products. It is short of products that deliver what they claim. We exist to change that. We lead by standard, not by volume — which means we produce less than we could. Everything we produce, we stand behind completely.

We select our partners with the same rigour we apply to our formulations. A manufacturer or supplier is not a transaction. They are part of the biological system we build. We do not work with everyone. We work with the right ones.

§ 04 — Our Ecosystem

Not a brand. A closed-loop biological system.

Club INNATE

The anti-trend. No hype cycles. Functional medicine, biochemistry and neurobiology translated into knowledge people can actually use — to take ownership of their biology.

The Care Affair

A nutraceutical brand built on the principle that consistency is what creates biological change. No fillers. No compromises.

The Synergy

The holding structure that makes this system defensible. A portfolio designed to compound in value — brand by brand, partnership by partnership.

Reinforcement

Each brand reinforces the others, and the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. It compounds. It reinforces. It becomes stronger over time.

§ 05 — Our Values

Not aspirations. The principles we are held to.

01

Integrity

We operate with full transparency — in what we claim, what we produce, and how we communicate. Integrity is not a value we return to when convenient. It is the baseline from which we never move.

02

Quality

The result of decisions made before anyone is watching. It lives in the sourcing, the formulation, the detail most would consider unnecessary. We consider it essential.

03

Loyalty

We build with people, not just with companies. The relationships we form are long-term by intention — a commitment that runs in both directions.

04

Care

How we approach everything that carries our name. Present in how we develop formulations, engage with partners, and handle every stage of our supply chain.

05

Authenticity

We do not perform credibility. We build it. What we communicate reflects what we actually do. What we claim reflects what the science supports.

06

Warmth

Behind every partnership is a human relationship. Warmth is not softness — it is the understanding that lasting business is built between people who genuinely respect each other's work.

§ 06 — For Partners

We do not work with everyone. We work with the right ones.

Partnership is not a transaction. It is structural alignment — built on shared standards, mutual commitment, and a long-term view of what we are building together.

What we look for

Partners who hold their own work to a high standard.

Who understand that quality is a responsibility, not a selling point. Who communicate with clarity and deliver with consistency. We are not looking for the fastest option — we are looking for the partner who takes as much pride in what they deliver as we take in what we build.

What you can expect from us

Clarity from the first conversation.

A defined process with no ambiguity. Communication that is direct, respectful, and consistent. We deliver what we commit to — on time, to standard, without requiring follow-up.

What we expect from you

The same.

Precision in execution. Transparency when challenges arise. A commitment to quality that does not soften under pressure. The understanding that what we build together carries both our names — and that matters to us.

The Result
When products actually work, three things happen.
01
Retention increases.
02
Trust compounds.
03
Growth accelerates.

§ 07 — Quality & Responsibility

Quality is not a department. It is a decision — made at every stage.

01
Production Standards
Developed against a framework of scientific evidence and clinical rigour. Manufacturers meet our specifications — not industry minimums.
02
Quality Control
Every active ingredient present at the level stated. Every formulation reviewed against current science. Every batch held to the same standard as the first.
03
Transparency
If we cannot explain it, we do not use it. If we cannot substantiate it, we do not claim it. Partners and end users deserve full clarity.
04
Responsibility
Health is not a category where shortcuts are acceptable. We honour the trust placed in us by maintaining standards that go beyond what is required.
§ 08 — Long-Term Vision

We are not building for an exit. We are building for permanence.

The movement toward optimal health is not a trend. It is a structural shift in how people relate to their bodies. Consumers are becoming more informed. They are moving away from surface-level solutions and toward genuine understanding.

They want to know why something works — not just that someone claims it does. That is exactly what we have been building for.

§ 09 — Founder

Ellen Nijman

Founder Ellen Nijman — Ellen
"I didn't study health to build a business. I studied it because my body forced me to understand it."

My journey began as a little girl, sitting with my grandmother's books on the healing power of plants — completely absorbed by the idea that the body, if understood properly, could work with nature rather than against it. That spark never left me.

The real turning point came years later, when I found myself exhausted, inflamed, and searching for answers conventional medicine could not give me. I had breast implants that, unbeknownst to me, were triggering a cascade of symptoms — brain fog, fatigue, joint pain, immune dysfunction.

Eventually, I stopped trying harder. And started understanding deeper.

I had the implants removed. Using everything I had built — biochemistry, functional medicine, the understanding of how the body rebuilds itself when given the right biological conditions — I healed myself. Completely.

I didn't fix my symptoms. I rebuilt the system that created them. I don't guess what works. I've lived what works.

I trained in preventive medicine, clinical nutrition, functional medicine, epigenetics, and the interpretation of blood and DNA biomarkers. I studied systems biology, metabolic balance, and the biochemical mechanisms that govern how the body absorbs, responds, and adapts. Not because I was building a business. Because I needed to understand.

When a marketing team develops a nutraceutical, they start with the price point and work backwards. I start with biology and work forward. What does the body actually need? In what form will it be recognised? At what level does it create a measurable biological response?

I built The Synergy because the health industry deserves a different order of operations — one that puts biology first, commercialisation last, and never confuses the two.

The movement toward optimal health is a permanent shift in how humans take ownership over their biology. That movement deserves brands structurally equal to the ambition behind it. Health is not gendered. The body's need for quality, consistency, and clinical precision belongs to everyone.

One moment of care. Every day. The kind of consistency the body is designed to respond to.

§ 10 — Closing Statement

This standard is not for everyone.
And it is not meant to be.

But for those who understand that health should be built — not guessed — we are ready to build.

The Synergy. Built on truth. Built to last.
